 Having opened for business on October 1, 2005 at Mosquito Creek Marina, we are now located accross the street from Park & Tilford Plaza.

  "FWD Systems Design Ltd" is an incorporated company that offers Mechanical Building Systems Design services in the following disciplines:

• Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Design.
• Plumbing Design (including laboratory, domestic water re-pipes, Building Storm and Sanitary Services, etc).
• Fire Protection Design (including Hydraulic Calculations).
• 3D and 2D Drafting and Design (using Revit MEP, Autodesk MEP and AutoCAD - latest version)
• Calculations and Building Analyses (using Autodesk Ecotect Analysis - latest version)
• Reports and Systems Assessments

Besides undertaking new building designs (Light Industrial, Commercial and Institutional) we specialize in tenant improvement, renovations and Special Projects.
